Our Story

Tech Guys BBQ started the way most good projects do: as a side experiment nobody approved. A few of us from the IT team brought a smoker to an office cookout, and the brisket disappeared faster than a failed backup.

We approached barbecue like we approach our work: document everything, test relentlessly, and never ship until it's right. Wood temps get logged. Rubs get version numbers. Every cook gets a post-mortem.

Today we compete on the regional circuit, cater events, and cook for causes that matter to our community. The tools changed. The mindset didn't.
